Skyrybų centras (Divorce Centre) will assist you in dealing with the issues concerning the maintenance of children, establishment or contestation of paternity:

If you wish to claim the maintenance for your children;
If you wish to claim the increase of the amount of the maintenance for your children already awarded by the court;
If you wish to claim the decrease of the amount of the maintenance for your children awarded by the court;
If you wish to claim the indebted amount of the maintenance for your children for the last 3 years;
If you wish to claim the maintenance for your children or the indebted amount of the maintenance for your children in assets;
If you and your children, till they attain the age of majority, wish to be permitted to reside in the apartment of your spouse (right of usufruct);
If you wish to claim the maintenance for your child who already attained the age of majority and who is a school pupil or a student;
If you wish to establish the paternity of the child;
If you wish to contest the paternity of the child;
If you wish the court to invoke the interim measures, i.e. if till the judgement of the court is rendered you wish:

* To claim the maintenance for your children from your spouse;

* To have your spouse living separately before the court;

* To have the place of the residence of your children to be esablished with you;

To seize the assets till the resolution concerning the property ownership or on ensuring maintenance for children is adopted;
To prohibit the spouse to see the children or visit certain locations.

Remember, if the spouse does not pay the maintenance for the children (alimony), it will be paid by the Children's Maintenance Fund.
